Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with leading multinational organizations such as Reckitt Benckiser, as well as prominent local conglomerates including Tibet,TK group, Golden harvest group In these roles, I consistently delivered business growth through strategic execution in Go-to-Market (GTM), trade marketing, resource optimization, and financial management.
For the past decade, I have been part of senior leadership teams, successfully driving national business performance by aligning cross-functional departments including sales, marketing, regulatory affairs, corporate affairs, supply chain, and production to achieve organizational goals.
Currently, I am serving as Chief Operating Officer at Standard Finis Oil Company Ltd., a well-established organization with a legacy of over 75 years in disinfectants, toiletries, and chemical products. In this role, I lead end-to-end business operations, directly overseeing Sales, Distribution, Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, and Factory Operations, ensuring operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Academically, I hold an Honors and Master’s degree & MBA in Marketing from the Faculty of Business Studies, University of Dhaka.
