The BI Developer plays a key role in the design, delivery, and evolution of data pipelines, data products, and business-facing analytics capabilities.
The role directly supports decision-making, operational monitoring, regulatory requirements, and strategic initiatives, while contributing to the organization's data roadmap.
Design, build, and evolve robust data pipelines and domain-oriented data products, from ingestion to consumption.
Translate complex data into meaningful insights, KPIs, dashboards, and analyses used by business and executive teams.
Ensure Trust & Quality:
Implement data quality controls, governance principles, and monitoring to guarantee reliable and compliant data usage.
Act as a partner for operational teams by delivering ad-hoc analyses, monitoring business processes, and supporting strategic initiatives.
Enable stakeholders through documentation, training, and guidance, helping the organization make better decisions with data.
Continuously Improve:Contribute to the data roadmap, propose improvements, and stay up to date with data engineering and BI best practices.
