Dans ce contexte, nous cherchons à renforcer notre équipe financière par l’engagement d’un comptable interne expérimenté, capable de combiner la comptabilité opérationnelle et un véritable contrôle business et financier.

VOS TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITES

• Tenue journalière de la comptabilité (achats, ventes, rémunérations, financiers).
• Etablissement des déclarations TVA périodiques.
• Préparation du reporting financier mensuel.
• Gestion des rappels clients du suivi des fournisseurs et de la trésorerie.
• Mise en place d’un budget et suivi mensuel avec le réalisé.
• Analyse critique de la facturation mensuelle et des process.
• Organisation des plannings et collaboration avec la direction et l’expert-comptable externe.
• Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus financiers et à la digitalisation de la gestion comptable.
• Analyse des écarts entre budget, réalisé et prévisions, avec formulation de recommandations.
• Mise en place et suivi de KPI financiers et opérationnels (marges, coûts, cash-flow).
• Analyse de la rentabilité par activité, client ou projet, en collaboration avec la direction.
• Contribution aux prévisions financières et au pilotage de la performance.
• Support financier à la direction dans les décisions opérationnelles et stratégiques. CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS
• Bachelier ou Master en comptabilité, finance ou gestion.
• Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en comptabilité (PME ou fiduciaire).
• Très bonnes connaissances en gestion et comptabilité – la maitrise de la fiscalité est un

Plus.

• À l’aise avec les outils informatiques (Excel, Power BI et connaissances d’EXACT

ONLINE).

• Proactif et structuré.
• Esprit d’équipe et capable de prendre des initiatives en toute autonomie.
• Bilingue FR/NL ou très bonne maîtrise du français avec compréhension du néerlandais.

Onze twee operationele entiteiten — Mozer Technologies en Mozer Belux — kennen een constante en gestructureerde groei. WAT ZULT U DOEN In dit kader willen wij ons financieel team versterken door de aanwerving van een ervaren interne boekhouder die operationele boekhouding kan combineren met echte business- en financiële controle. UW TAKEN EN VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

• Dagelijkse boekhouding inclusief aankopen, verkopen, lonen en financiële verrichtingen.
• Opstellen van de periodieke btw-aangiften.
• Voorbereiding van de maandelijkse financiële rapportering.
• Beheer van klantenaanmaningen, opvolging van leveranciers en beheer van de cashflow.
• Opmaak van het budget en maandelijkse opvolging ten opzichte van de gerealiseerde cijfers.
• Kritische analyse van de maandelijkse facturatie en van de processen.
• Organisatie van de planningen en samenwerking met de directie en de externe accountant.
• Deelname aan de continue verbetering van de financiële processen en aan de digitalisering van het boekhoudkundig beheer.
• Analyse van afwijkingen tussen budget, gerealiseerde cijfers en prognoses, met formulering van aanbevelingen.
• Opzet en opvolging van financiële en operationele KPI’s zoals marges, kosten en cashflow.
• Analyse van de rendabiliteit per activiteit, klant of project in samenwerking met de directie.
• Bijdrage aan financiële prognoses en aan het sturen van de prestaties.
• Financiële ondersteuning van de directie bij operationele en strategische beslissingen. WAT WIJ ZOEKEN
• Bachelor of Master in boekhouding, financiën of management.
• Minimum 5 jaar ervaring in boekhouding binnen een KMO of een boekhoudkantoor.
• Zeer goede kennis van boekhouding en financieel beheer – kennis van fiscaliteit is een plus.
• Vertrouwd met IT-tools zoals Excel, Power BI en kennis van EXACT ONLINE.
• Proactief en gestructureerd.
• Teamspeler die initiatief kan nemen en autonoom kan werken.

WHAT WILL YOU DO In this context, we are looking to strengthen our finance team by recruiting an experienced internal accountant capable of combining operational accounting with genuine business and financial control. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily bookkeeping including purchases, sales, payroll and financial transactions.
• Preparation of periodic VAT declarations.
• Preparation of the monthly financial reporting.
• Management of client reminders, supplier follow-up and cash management.
• Preparation of the budget and monthly monitoring against actual results.
• Critical analysis of monthly invoicing and related processes.
• Organisation of planning and collaboration with management and the external accountant.
• Participation in the continuous improvement of financial processes and the digitalisation of accounting management.
• Analysis of variances between budget, actual results and forecasts, with formulation of recommendations.
• Implementation and monitoring of financial and operational KPIs such as margins, costs and cash flow.
• Profitability analysis by activity, client or project, in collaboration with management.
• Contribution to financial forecasts and performance management.
• Financial support to management in operational and strategic decision making. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Bachelor or Master degree in accounting, finance or management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting within an SME or an accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial management – knowledge of taxation is an advantage.
• Comfortable with IT tools such as Excel, Power BI and knowledge of EXACT ONLINE.
• Proactive and structured.
• Team player capable of taking initiatives and working autonomously.
• Bilingual FR/NL or very good command of French with understanding of Dutch.
