BitMartBitMart is seeking a Corporate Development & Strategy Lead to drive M&A opportunities, strategic partnerships, and long-term growth initiatives. This role sits within the CEO Office, providing direct exposure to senior leadership and high-impact decision-making at the intersection of fintech and Web3.0.
Corporate Development & M&A Execution
Lead end-to-end M&A processes, including opportunity sourcing, evaluation, deal execution, and post-merger integration.
Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, product, operations, technology) to manage due diligence and ensure smooth execution.
Support the development of deal structures, negotiation strategies, and integration roadmaps.
Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence
Conduct in-depth industry research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
Track emerging developments in fintech, blockchain, crypto, and Web3.0, translating insights into actionable strategies.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of strategic opportunities, including M&A targets, partnerships, and joint ventures.
Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
Build and strengthen relationships with investment banks, venture capital firms, and strategic partners to support deal origination.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by preparing investment memos, strategic reports, and Board presentations.
Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment of corporate development initiatives with BitMart's long-term goals.
Strategic Projects & Special Initiatives
Support the CEO Office on ad hoc strategic initiatives, including business expansion, new market entry, and ecosystem partnerships.
Act as a project lead on high-impact initiatives requiring cross-departmental coordination and executive-level visibility.
5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, private bank or related fields.
Proven fintech industry background; knowledge of crypto/Web3.0 strongly preferred.
Demonstrated transaction experience (M&A, strategic investments, joint ventures).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex issues and deliver clear recommendations.
Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English, Mandarin is a plus.
A bachelor's degree is required; advanced qualifications (MBA, CFA, or equivalent) are preferred.
