Design and implement machine learning models to solve complex business problems
Develop data pipelines and workflows for large-scale data processing
Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and insights
Create and maintain predictive models, optimization algorithms, and statistical analyses
Communicate findings and recommendations through compelling visualizations and reports
Test, validate, and fine-tune models for accuracy and scalability
Work closely with data engineers to ensure data integrity and availability
Contribute to the development of the company's data strategy and best practices
Skills & qualifications
3+ years of experience in a data science or related role
Proficiency in Python or R, with a strong understanding of data manipulation libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy)
Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets
Solid understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and probability
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and version control systems (e.g., Git)
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders A proactive and innovative mindset with attention to detail
Fluent in FR or NL + strong command of English A passion for turning data into actionable insights
