(This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with the possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.)
You Will Be Responsible For supporting the Manager and Membership team in managing and the development of the HKPM Members' programme;
conducting analysis in CRM on members' demographic, profile, behaviour, customer survey, research etc.;
supporting the department on CRM migration and CRM enhancements and conducting UAT ;
providing periodical and high-quality membership reports, including the analysis of the data presented and its implications;
ensuring compliance in handling all customers' data and adherence to the relevant statutory requirements;
assisting the Manager and the Membership team in Members' events;
assisting the Manager in Members' communication, including regular eNews; working with Communications and Marketing team to ensure alignment of brand;
developing a close working relationship within the team and other departments to ensure clear communication and alignment;
supporting the department on all other Development related matters; and performing any other duties from time to time as reasonably assigned by the Authority.
You Should possess a recognised University degree;
have at least 2 years of relevant working experience; experience in arts and culture organization is a plus;
be able to maintain high degree of accuracy with good attention of details;
have strong analytical skills;
have the discretion in handling confidential information and ability to work as independently and as a member of a team;
demonstrate knowledge of developing and implementing campaigns and be familiar with working in a sales, loyalty environment; and be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
