In both cases, you work as a MindCapture consultant supporting a major pharmaceutical manufacturing expansion project.
Job descriptionIn this role you execute the digital strategy for a new manufacturing facility, ensuring that all digital systems are delivered on time, compliant and ready for operations.
Set up and manage program governance to drive planning reporting and issue resolution
Lead planning development and implementation of all digital systems required for the new facility
Align digital objectives with overall business and project goals through close stakeholder collaboration
Ensure implementation of digital standards including infrastructure cybersecurity and validation
Establish and manage the digital project schedule aligned with the overall project timeline
Develop and maintain a detailed digital roadmap covering infrastructure applications and operational readiness
Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure compliance with GxP SOX and cybersecurity requirements
Work closely with Engineering to ensure correct implementation of SCADA DeltaV MES and related systems
Track digital project costs and manage budget adherence
Identify mitigate and manage risks with appropriate contingency planning
Provide technical leadership and support resolution of complex digital challenges
Ensure clear structured and regular communication with all stakeholders
Significant experience managing complex digital projects in an industrial pharmaceutical environment
Strong project management skillset with proven ability to lead international and remote teams In depth knowledge of digital manufacturing systems and infrastructure
Strong leadership stakeholder management and influencing skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Experience working across Engineering Quality IT and Operations
Fluent in English, Flemish or French is a plus
Senior profile with six to ten years of relevant experience
