A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or another relevant field. At least 5 years of work experience in designing and building software applications.Proven technical leadership skills to guide teams through architectural decisions and trade-offs.Excellent system thinking to understand how frontend architecture integrates with backend and infrastructure layers.The ability to mentor and coach others to help developers upskill in modern frontend patterns, testing, and performance tuning.Proven cross-functional collaboration skills that will enable you to work smoothly with product, UX, and QA colleagues to ensure cohesive user experiences. Bonus points if you have:
Relevant experience in cloud-native technologies, streaming frameworks, service-oriented architecture, and API development. Knowledge about testing systems.Experience using AI-assisted coding effectively.Knowledge of other programming languages such as Python or C#.
