🌍 Languages: Dutch or French + English For a leading organization within the Belgian infrastructure sector, we are looking for a Freelance Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Angular and LeSS. You will join a business-critical IT environment where applications play a key role in operational processes and daily services.
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will collaborate with multiple Scrum teams and contribute to the development, improvement and quality of scalable software solutions. Your responsibilities:
✅ Perform technical analyses and translate functional requirements into sustainable solutions
✅ Develop and maintain high-performance Java solutions
✅ Build high-quality software following clean code principles and security best practices
✅ Implement and maintain automated testing within CI/CD pipelines
✅ Analyze and resolve technical issues, perform bug fixing and optimize existing applications
✅ Support deployments and software releases in an on-premise environment
✅ Share knowledge and coach fellow developers
✅ Support Agile ways of working and LeSS adoption within teams Your profile:
🔹 15+ years of experience in Java development (Java 21)
🔹 Strong experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA and SQL
🔹 Minimum 10 years of experience with Scrum
🔹 Experience with LeSS implementation and Agile scaling
🔹 Experience with TDD, unit testing (JUnit, Mockito) and CI/CD
🔹 Knowledge of Microservices, Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Hexagonal Architecture
🔹 Experience with Angular (version 19 or higher)
🔹 Knowledge of Kafka, Hazelcast and WebSocket is a plus
🔹 Experience with DevOps principles
🔹 Fluent in Dutch or French and English Soft skills:
