About the Role
We are looking for
Full Stack Developer
for a
Python/React
Development Service to support our ongoing initiatives within our existing team focusing on AI platform for internal everyday usage in communication between agents. The developer will be expected to follow client’s standards and ensure high-quality code delivery.
Technical Requirements The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in modern backend and frontend development, along with knowledge of DevOps practices and cloud-native architectures.
Backend
- Strong proficiency in
Python
for backend application development.
- Experience developing
RESTful services and APIs
using
FastAPI.
- Experience with
Java
backend development, preferably using the
Spring Framework
,
- Hands-on experience with
service-oriented architecture
and API design.
- Knowledge of
message queues and asynchronous messaging
, particularly
RabbitMQ
.
- Experience designing and developing databases using
SQL Server, PostgreSQL
, or similar relational databases, with proficiency in
SQLAlchemy ORM
.
- Familiarity with security and identity management protocols such as
SAML, OAuth, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience writing automated tests using
Pytest
.
Frontend
- Strong experience developing user interfaces with
React
.
- Proficiency in modern
JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
for responsive web application development.
- Experience with
NX
for building and managing
Micro-Frontend architectures
.
DevOps & Cloud
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including
containerization
and cloud-native technologies such as
Docker and Kubernetes
.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as
Azure DevOps and Argo CD
.
- Proficiency with
Git
for version control and collaborative software development.
AI (Nice to Have)
- Exposure to AI application development and agent-based architectures.
- Familiarity with technologies and frameworks such as
LangChain, LangGraph, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent-to-Agent (A2A)
communication,
GitHub Copilot, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG),
and vector databases.
Additional Skills
- Understanding of
microservices architecture
, including the design, development, and deployment of distributed applications, is considered a strong advantage.
Behavioural & Other Skills
- The candidate should possess good communication skills, have team mind state.

- Proactive (bringing his/her ideas to the team with good argumentations)
- Working in Agile methodologies (Scrum)
- Good level of Dutch and/or French and English is required.
