Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a .NET Developer with strong Java experience to join a technical development team working on secure authentication, authorisation and identity-related services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and integrating software components, APIs and services, as well as supporting the deployment and continuous improvement of applications within a modern DevOps environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test and document software components, libraries and services.
• Develop sample applications and code examples to demonstrate the integration of authentication and authorisation services.
• Develop and configure integrations and extensions for commercial and open-source software solutions.
• Work with APIs and integrate different applications and services across existing and new environments.
• Support continuous integration and continuous deployment through automation and configuration management.
• Work closely with technical teams to understand integration requirements, troubleshoot issues and identify appropriate solutions.
• Follow technical documentation and installation/configuration guides when deploying software products.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, execution and reviews.
• Take ownership of assigned backlog items and technical tasks.
• Participate in technical meetings and workshops and follow up on agreed actions and deliverables.
• Propose and present technical solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies, standards and development practices.

Key Technical Requirements The following are essential requirements:

• Strong C# / .NET development experience
• Java development experience – candidates should be primarily .NET developers who also have solid Java experience
• REST APIs, JSON and YAML
• JavaScript
• Git and DevOps
• Kubernetes and AKS
• Experience developing or working with web-based applications
• Blazor experience

Additional Technical Experience

Experience with the following would be advantageous:

• TypeScript
• PowerShell and Bash/Shell scripting
• Vue.js or React
• SQL Server and LDAP
• OAuth2, OIDC and SAML2
• HTTPS, cookies, CORS, Single Sign-On (SSO) and MFA
• Cryptographic concepts including PKI, symmetric/asymmetric encryption, hashing and keystores
• Docker, Helm, Kustomize and Skaffold
• Identity Provider (IdP) platforms such as ADFS, Keycloak, Ping, Okta or Entra ID
