Develop and maintain high-quality React-based frontend applications within an Agile squad.
Translate business requirements into clean, scalable, and maintainable code following software craftsmanship principles.
Design, build, and optimize high-performance, reusable, and reliable applications.
Contribute to backend development using Java and Spring Framework when required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features across web, mobile, and cloud platforms.
Integrate applications with APIs and external data sources while ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness.
Apply best practices such as Clean Code, SOLID principles, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and refactoring.
Write and maintain automated tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, pair programming, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application bottlenecks and production issues.

Experience Required

8+ years of experience as a React Developer or Frontend Software Engineer.
Strong expertise in Core JavaScript and React.
Proven experience with Git, Jest, and React Testing Library.
Strong understanding of Clean Code, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Experience with Java, Spring Framework, Maven, and Databases is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of authentication processes and secure application development is preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience).
Strong English communication skills (Dutch or French is a plus).
