About The Position

As the Manager of the Developer Platform team, you will set the vision, build and lead the team, and own the roadmap and budget. Collaborate with architecture, tech leads, and engineering leadership to influence software delivery.

Your Responsibilities

Define the vision and roadmap for the Developer Platform.

Drive the internal developer portal and golden paths.

Set direction on AI-assisted software development.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of platform engineers.

Manage the team's budget and make cost-conscious decisions.

Ensure reliability, security, and compliance are built into the platform.

Act as the connection point between developers and organizational needs.

Represent and evangelize the platform internally.
