I am looking for an experienced HTML/CSS theme developer to create a beautiful, modern and highly reusable static business/portfolio website template.

The template will ultimately be converted into a custom Drupal theme, so the initial deliverable should be a clean, framework-based front-end implementation rather than a CMS or page-builder solution.

The goal is to create a premium-quality, conversion-focused website that combines excellent visual design with clean, maintainable and reusable code.
