Process Engineer – Medior

We are currently looking for a Medior Process Engineer to join one of our pharmaceutical partners. Responsibilities As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting pharmaceutical engineering projects, ensuring robust, compliant, and efficient process solutions:

Contribute to the design, implementation, and improvement of manufacturing processes in a GMP environment

Support engineering projects from early design through execution, commissioning, and handover

Review technical documentation to ensure alignment with quality, safety, and regulatory expectations

Collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders (engineering, quality, validation, operations)

Follow up on on‑site activities, testing phases, and issue resolution

Ensure processes are designed and executed according to good engineering and EHS practices Requirements You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering (Process, Chemical, Biomedical, or equivalent)

You have at least 6 years experience as a Process Engineer in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry

You have a solid understanding of GMP‑regulated environments

You are able to work across project phases, from design to implementation

With a strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset

You are comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams

You are Fluent in both English and French.
