Program Manager (Private Cloud)

Your Mission

We’re looking for a senior, autonomous Program Manager to lead a large-scale cloud transformation program within a complex, multi-entity environment.

This is a high-impact, multi-year initiative focused on consolidating Private Cloud infrastructure and services while driving innovation across Private, Public, and Hybrid Cloud ecosystems .

Program Scope

You’ll be at the heart of a transformation that includes:

• ⚙️ Infrastructure build & modernization
• Migration of internal & external customers
• ☁️ Transition to Private / Public / Hybrid Cloud solutions
• Phase-out of legacy environments

All while ensuring:

• ✅ Operational continuity
• Contractual compliance
• Financial control

Your Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Governance

• Lead end-to-end program delivery (planning → execution → tracking)
• Drive governance bodies: SteerCo, Core Team, cross-stream coordination
• Align multiple stakeholders across business & technical domains
• Maintain and evolve the Program WBS

☁️ Migration Strategy & Execution

• Define and steer customer migration strategies
• Oversee segmentation, validation & migration waves
• Balance technical, commercial, and contractual constraints

Your Profile

✔️ Experience

• Proven track record as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager
• Strong background in:
• Large-scale IT transformation
• Cloud migration / data center transitions
• Experience in complex, multi-entity organizations

☁️ Technical Expertise

• Solid understanding of:
• Private Cloud (e.g., VMware)
• Hybrid architectures
• Modern IaaS models
• Familiar with migration methodologies & cloud governance
