CLP Power is undergoing a strategic transformation of its Oracle ERP platform, with a strong focus on demand management, process readiness, and enterprise-wide change adoption.
We are seeking a proactive and experienced project assistant to join Continuous Improvement Taskforce. This role is critical in driving stakeholder engagement, communication, and business adoption across the organization.
Reporting to the adoption team, the successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders, technical teams, and business units to deliver change strategies, manage communications, and support training and engagement activities.
He/she will also play a supportive role in organizing events including townhall and steering committee meeting, reporting, and enterprise-wide coordination.
The Continuous Improvement Taskforce serves as the single point of accountability for driving technical optimization across CLP following Oracle ERP go-live.
The purpose of this role is to support cross-functional/team collaboration to optimize processes and enhance efficiencies that deliver enterprise-wide value of the new ERP solution.
It involves working across Corporate Functions and Business Groups to realize benefits from the new ERP system by spearheading improvement initiatives, ensuring end-to-end alignment in process and design decisions, and ensure smooth adoption of the systems into the business.
Support adoption events to ensure system adoption smoothly by the business users
Support development and delivery internal communications and engagement plans tailored to diverse stakeholder groups.
Create compelling content including written materials, videos, and visual designs for change campaigns and success stories.
Translate technical and process-related messages into clear, engaging language for non-technical audiences.
Partner with the Training team to support training communications and delivery, both online and in-person.
Support engagement events, focus groups, and team-building activities to foster business readiness.
Facilitate knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to digital platforms for employee learning and collaboration.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and monitor adoption metrics to assess change effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5 subjects passed in HKCEE including English (Syllabus B). Diploma in relevant discipline is preferable.
At least five years' relevant experience.
Excellent skills in MS Office applications with Chinese typing.
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
A good team player, well organized and detail minded.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure.
Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
