As a Project/Programme Manager, your main responsibilities will include planning, organizing, and supervising various handwriting analysis projects and programs. You will oversee timelines, monitor project deliverables, coordinate with team members both remotely and onsite, and ensure project objectives align with organizational goals.
Flexibility to work both from home and on-site as needed will be required to fulfill the role effectively.
Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects within timelines and budgets
Excellent communication and leadership skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams
Experience with program development, strategic planning, and stakeholder management
Proficiency in digital tools that support virtual collaboration and project tracking
Familiarity with handwriting analysis or an interest in developing an understanding of graphology is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities
