Your Role As a public cloud Dev(sec)Ops engineer, you'll be at the forefront of our efforts to strengthen our Public Cloud Centre of Excellence (CoE). This role involves numerous responsibilities and offers various opportunities to make a significant impact on our internal customer experience.

Foundation Development: You will be instrumental in developing the foundation of public cloud infrastructure within Proximus. This involves architecture design, implementation, and continuous improvement to support scalable and efficient cloud operations. Enterprise-Scalable Platform: Your efforts will enable the Public Cloud CoE to deliver an enterprise-scalable platform.

This entails ensuring the platform can handle growth, adapt to changing business requirements, and support various applications and services used across the organization.

Security Compliance: One of your key responsibilities will be to ensure compliance with stringent security requirements. This includes identifying potential security risks, implementing necessary safeguards, conducting regular security audits, and adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Collaboration and Innovation: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, IT operations, and business stakeholders, to design and implement cloud solutions that align with business goals. Your ability to communicate effectively and share best practices will be crucial in driving innovation and improving our cloud capabilities.

Leadership and Mentoring: In this role, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior developers, guide them through complex projects, and influence decision-making processes. Your leadership will help shape the future of our public cloud initiatives and ensure the successful adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
