About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Angular-Java Developer for a high-impact, freelance mission with our client’s Employer Accounts team. This 10-month project is at the heart of a major modernization initiative, where your expertise will directly shape the next generation of business-critical systems. You’ll be more than a developer — you’ll be a mentor, a problem-solver, and a catalyst for innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing, developing, and optimizing modern web applications using Angular 17 and Java (11 & 17).
• Architecting and implementing microservices-based solutions for scalable, maintainable systems.
• Coaching and mentoring junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Collaborating within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
• Integrating with RESTful APIs, Oracle databases, and leveraging Docker for containerization.
• Utilizing Spring, Spring Boot (2.x & 3), JPA, JMS, and Weblogic to ensure robust backend services.
• Applying test methodologies to guarantee code quality and system reliability.
• Contributing to process improvements and technical decision-making within the team.

• Clear communicator, fluent in English (French or Dutch is a plus).
