Senior Node.js Full-Stack Engineer

To support our rapid growth, we're looking for a Senior Node.js Full-Stack Engineer who loves solving complex problems and shipping high-quality, scalable software.

What you'll do

• Architect and build backend services that power our compensation engine and real-time reporting.
• Build and optimize asynchronous jobs and distributed workloads.
• Work on complex data pipelines that continuously sync CRM and financial data from HubSpot, Salesforce, and other external systems.
• Ensure data accuracy across timezones, currencies, and sensitive financial information.
• Tune and optimize our Postgres + Prisma setup for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with the team to shape new features end-to-end.
• Contribute to technical decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices.

Who you are

• Experienced with CRM integrations (HubSpot / Salesforce), asynchronous processing, timezone & currency logic, and handling sensitive financial data is a strong plus.
• 3-5+ years of experience building and maintaining production back-end systems.
• Expert in Node.js and TypeScript.
• You love boosting your productivity & skills with AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor,... and often experiment with the newest technology.
• Comfortable with async workflows, queues, and distributed processing.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and query optimisation.
• Pragmatic, product-minded, and able to translate business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
• Passionate about clean, maintainable code and well-structured systems.
