You lead data architecture programs across multiple teams and domains, including data platforms, analytics, reporting, and AI.
You translate business objectives into a clear data architecture vision and roadmap, encompassing data governance, integrations, and platform choices.
You establish and enhance data operating models, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, decision-making, and delivery rhythms.
You manage complex data and platform transformations within regulated environments such as energy, healthcare, and finance.
You coordinate data initiatives within cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
You ensure data quality, integrity, and manage migrations and legacy integrations effectively.
You guide data warehouse, reporting, and transparency initiatives focused on financial and operational metrics.
You stabilize struggling programs with a focus on governance, prioritization, and delivery reliability.
You collaborate with enterprise architects, data architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
You report progress, risks, and realized business value to executive-level stakeholders.
What are we looking for?
You possess at least 8 years of experience as a Program Manager, specifically in leading infrastructure or development projects.
You have demonstrable hands-on experience with project management techniques and tools, such as risk management and issue management.
You are knowledgeable in ITIL methodologies.
You hold certification in PM methodologies like Prince2, PMBok, and can convey subject matter expertise effectively.
You have demonstrable experience in a program management methodology such as Agile, Scrum, or MSP, preferably with certification.
You are skilled in cloud data platforms like Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
You have experience in data warehousing and reporting, including data migration and data quality management.
You are knowledgeable in enterprise data architecture, including data governance and data operating models.
You have a strong background in ERP and platform integrations, including SAP S/4HANA.
You are proficient in Dutch at a European CEFR - level C2.
