We are seeking a Software Architect / Senior Developer who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership. Someone ready to take ownership of complex backend systems, guide the technical vision, and mentor a growing team of skilled developers.
As a key technical leader shaping our Charge Point Management Platform, you will drive large-scale initiatives from architecture to deployment. You’ll collaborate with product managers, fellow senior developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure backend systems are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
We work Agile (Scrum), move quickly but deliberately, and prioritize clean, maintainable code over short-term fixes.
Hybride position with 3 days per week onsite, 2 days from home.
