What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications
- Develop both front-end and back-end solutions
- Communicate with clients to understand their pain points and offer solutions
- Ensure optimal performance, security, and responsiveness across all platforms
- Work with cloud services and databases
- Be a leader in your field, and help others grow with you
What We're Looking For:
- Strong proficiency in Full Stack Development
- Have at least 2 years of professional experience
- Experience with React, , Angular, or similar front-end frameworks
- Solid knowledge of , Django, Laravel, or other back-end technologies
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of version control systems (git or others)
- Be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to master technologies/tools on request
- Understanding of Enterprise Level Architectures
- English speaking, Dutch or French are strong assets
- Be open to be working in Ghent, Belgium 4 days a week in the office
Preferred Skills:
- Experience leading small teams
- Understanding of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
- Knowledge of CMS Solutions (Drupal, WordPress and others)
