With more than 50,000 experts across 30 countries, we deliver innovation and excellence to build the technologies of tomorrow.We are looking for a Test Rig Engineer to support one of our major clients in the automotive industry.In this role, you will be at the heart of the validation process, operating complex test benches and developing the strategies behind them. You'll combine mechanics, dynamics, HV electricity, electronics, communication protocols, and controls to ensure that each test is meaningful, reliable, and repeatable.Execute and monitor tests on components, subsystems, and full driveline prototypes using dedicated test rigs.Convert functional or high-level requirements into concrete, executable test procedures.Operate, configure, and maintain test benches (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, HV) ensuring uptime, safety, and measurement accuracy.Develop and implement strategies to improve test rig capability, automation, and robustness.Enhance and automate test processes using dedicated tools (Python, Matlab/Simulink, LabView, CANoe/CANape).Analyse raw measurement data, consolidate results, and prepare clear and meaningful test reports.Collaborate closely with mechanical, controls, and software teams to resolve system-level issues and support design validation.Contribute to continuous improvement of testing standards, safety procedures, and rig development roadmaps.Master's degree in Automotive, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent through experience.1–5 years of experience in testing, test rig operation, test bench development, or industrial automation.~ Strong understanding of mechanics, dynamics, electricity (including HV fundamentals), electronics, communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay...), Hands-on experience with test benches, instrumentation, sensors, and data acquisition systems.~ Basic to intermediate programming skills (Python, C/C++, Matlab, LabView).~ Fluent in English, both oral and written.
