Subcontractor for Airbus SBOD – In Service Data Collection.
❖ Events coding of Operational Interruptions (OIs) & Technical Incidents (TIs) of Airbus
A300/A310/A320 Family and A330.
❖ Scrutinize and analyze raw data (PiREP, MaREP) received from airlines owning at least one aircraft in the Airbus fleet.
❖ Coding of Operational Interruptions (OIs) with delays of more than 15 minutes (rejected take-off,
flight cancellations, ground interruptions, diversions...).
❖ Evaluate each Operational Interruptions (OI) or event using Airbus tools in order to determine the root cause for the delay, chargeability (AC, Maint, Ops...), Work performed, Warning types
(ECAM, Maint Status...) and several other parameters.
❖ Identification of Operational Interruption events with serious technical issues (IFSD, QRF, Fire,
Tire burst...) and determine whether they should be classified as Technical Incidents IAW airbus coding rules.
❖ Tools used: AIRNAVX, ISAIM, SKYWISE, AXESSGATE.
Aircraft maintenance technician at instruments workshop:

Repair equipment and perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft including Stability augmenter system, instrument, avionics and electrical/electronic systems and accessories:
❖ Test and repair of Multifunction Air Data Computer MADC, Pitot static system,
Attitude and Heading Reference System (AHRS), INS, VOR/ILS instrument, ADI, HSI indicators, Radio altimeter, multi-function computer display MFCD, AC/ DC systems,
stability augmenter system.
❖ Perform checks with analysis and repair of navigation instruments (altimeter, Air-Speed
Mach Indicator, AOA indicator/indexer, ADI, HIS, VVI,), engine instruments (oil press indicator, fuel flow, hydraulic press indicator, fuel quantity indicator, EGT, nozzle position, RPM,) and electrical equipment (relays battery’s,).
❖ Repair defected cards and electronic components on stability augmenter component assembly (SACA) using test-set.
❖ Remove and install of instruments panel with all instruments, electrical equipment,
Radom and all pitot static systems, radars, lighting protecter, AOA transmitter, gyros,
Tank Probes, oxygen converter, Total Temperature Probe,,.
❖ Perform VP work cards,
❖ Identify system failure and replace or repair defective items, based on analysis of test results, following blueprints, schematics, handbooks, and other technical documents.
❖ Test, calibration and adjust of indicator, using test sets.
❖ Leakage test and installation of Static and total pressure system.
❖ Check and repair of wires and connecters.
❖ Work with outside service providers for assistance when required to perform maintenance.
❖ Used hand and pneumatic tools, soldering irons.
❖ Use electrical and electronic testing equipment such as ohmmeters, Ampere meter and oscilloscopes.
