Quantitative & Qualitative researcher, Data analyst, and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) specialist with an MSc in Statistics and Data Science and am completing an Advanced Master's in Development Evaluation and Management (expected September 2026). Award-Winning researcher (Future Proef Award 2025 – Top Six Thesis in Flanders) for sustainable solutions impacting society. Experienced in international research, climate change, sustainability, process and impact evaluation, and data-driven decision-making, with a strong focus on socioeconomic and public health research, and development programmes across Belgium, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Tanzania.
Proven ability to design and implement monitoring frameworks, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), targets, conduct needs and impact assessments, and analyse complex datasets using R, SAS, and STATA. Demonstrated success working on international development projects across Europe and Africa, including contributions to the Solar Cooker for All (SC4All) initiative and Tanzania census (2022), recruiting and coordinating enumerators and MEL staff. Skilled in translating data into actionable insights for policy and program improvement.
