Implement the CRM on premise. Our client was still using CRM 2015 and wanted to migrate to the new version, on the cloud. I worked on the implementation of the CRM on premise. The goal was to completely replace the CRM 2015.
Apart from the implementation, we also worked on the customization of the CRM platform regarding the client desires. I worked on the D365 (on premise) part, on the Sales and Visit Management. During the project I also worked on the Power Automate part, creating flows to automate some of the processes.
