Throughout my career, I have gradually evolved from leading operational teams to designing and implementing learning solutions that strengthen leadership capability, support organisational change and improve business performance.

Over the past years, I have combined leadership, coaching, operational excellence and organisational development to help leaders grow while driving sustainable business results. My experience includes designing leadership development programmes, facilitating workshops, coaching managers, leading transformation initiatives and translating strategic business objectives into practical learning solutions.

Alongside my transition from corporate to entrepreneurship, I founded Multipliers to further develop my passion for leadership development and coaching. This allows me to combine practical business experience with evidence-based leadership frameworks while continuing to build customised learning solutions for emerging leaders.

What motivates me most is creating environments where people can perform at their best. I enjoy building capability, supporting leaders through change and designing learning experiences that create lasting impact for both individuals and organisations.

Responsibilities

• Founded Multipliers to support organisations in developing confident and effective leaders through practical leadership development and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Drove the Learning & Operational Excellence strategy for the weekend organisation, translating business objectives into sustainable learning and performance solutions.
• Developed business cases translating organisational capability gaps into sustainable learning and development strategies supporting large-scale operational transformation.
• Designed and implemented a leadership development framework tailored to the unique operational context of the weekend shift.
• Facilitated leadership workshops, Gemba walks and daily Run & Improve sessions for coaches and managers to strengthen leadership capability and continuous improvement behaviours.
• Coached leaders using the GROW coaching methodology to strengthen leadership effectiveness and ownership of improvement initiatives.

• Increased Human System (Nike's leadership and continuous improvement framework) capability across the entire weekend leadership population, raising the average maturity level from Level 1 to Level 3 within 15 months.

Planning Lead

Responsibilities

• Led cross-functional planning teams responsible for supporting end-to-end planning processes across Nike's European Distribution Centres.
• Developed data-driven planning strategies to improve operational reliability, scalability and business performance.
• Led a strategic transformation programme supporting the reorganisation of the Planning department.
• Designed learning and onboarding programmes for planners, coaches and managers transitioning into new organisational roles.
• Developed business cases analysing current-state capabilities, future-state requirements and organisational risks, translating these insights into sustainable capability development strategies.
• Managed cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of organisational change initiatives.

Key achievements

• Designed and implemented a sustainable capability development programme for weekend planners, coaches and managers.
• Developed the learning strategy that enabled the successful reorganisation of the weekend Planning department by preparing employees for new roles and responsibilities.
• Established a scalable onboarding framework that reduced dependency on individual knowledge transfer and strengthened long-term operational continuity.

• Led and developed teams of 20–25 operational associates within a fast-paced, highly automated European Distribution Centre.
• Balanced operational performance with people development by coaching team members, setting clear expectations and fostering an engaged, high-performing team culture.
• Managed daily operations across Safety, Quality, Delivery and Productivity while consistently achieving operational targets.
• Facilitated performance conversations, development plans and coaching sessions to support individual growth and accountability.
• Identified improvement opportunities through structured problem solving, data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
• Worked closely with operational leaders to translate strategic supply chain priorities into daily team execution.

Additional responsibilities

• Selected as Innovation RACI for the department.
• Partnered with the Innovation Manager on a six-month Smart Glasses innovation project, exploring wearable technology to digitise operational learning and reduce dependency on traditional classroom training.
• Led the implementation of the LOCUS picking robot solution for the weekend night shift following the successful weekday deployment.

Key achievements

• Increased departmental productivity X-shift by 38% through structured GROW coaching, Standard Work implementation and continuous performance coaching.
• Successfully led the rollout of the LOCUS picking robot operation for the weekend night shift, ensuring operational readiness, stakeholder alignment and successful team adoption.
• Contributed to the design and validation of an innovative Smart Glasses learning concept aimed at modernising operational training and improving knowledge transfer.
