Via Codifly I would like to introduce myself as a Full-stack Developer.

About Codifly The Codifly team consists of designers, analysts and developers that we can engage both internally (with you as a consultant) and externally (with us on a project determined by you) to build or renew (web) applications, mobile apps, integrations, server applications and IoT solutions.

Apart from the fact that we use market-based freelance rates, our developers have the support of the Codifly team in development, R&D, design and other aspects of the development process. We are happy to introduce developers with a versatile education and the necessary knowledge of Node.js, React, ReactNative and some other stacks. Flexibility, security and loyalty are important qualities for Codifly.

In the past, Codifly has worked with start-ups, scale-ups and established names, such as the City of Antwerp, Dataroots, Spott, Depannage Steps, Teamleader, Crewplanner, Tunify, Colruyt Group, Bridgestone, Telenet and Proximus.

Motivation Bavo Maes

My path in IT started with my studies in Multimedia & Communication Technology in 2015. This is a Bachelor based on creating and innovating applications for different media (such as Virtual and Augmented Reality, smart devices and interactive web and mobile applications. During this course I also received some UX/UI design courses for optimizing the user experience and accessibility of mobile and web applications.

After several student jobs in IT, I opted for a specialization in developing web and mobile applications. A few years ago I decided to do an internship as a back-end developer at Esign to expand my knowledge. During my Erasmus exchange I focused embedded systems and won an award for creative coding.

I chose to further expand my technical knowledge through a second bachelor's degree in Applied Informatics with a specialization in Software Engineering. During the course I worked for 3 years as a full stack developer on weekends for a DIY store.

In the meantime I have been working full-time for 3 years for a scale-up in Affligem specialized in making (web) applications, mobile apps, server applications and IoT solutions. At Codifly, React is the norm for the frontend and Node.js for the backend. During these 3 years I have worked on both internal projects and external projects. Within the scrum framework, I was always part of an agile team where I was able to develop tailor-made solutions for customers with my colleagues.

Communicative and an eye for detail are certainly qualities that belong to me. I like to roll up my sleeves and build readable and reusable code in a structured way. With my team spirit I want to motivate team members in order to achieve results.
