Since I started working, I have always held positions at the interface between two or more stakeholder groups. In my daily life, I juggle various interests, sometimes divergent, and I am passionate about creating win-win-win situations.
My strengths lie in my "easy-going" approach, my ability to appreciate the contributions of others and to highlight them. I like to facilitate a situation where everyone is able to do "what they do best" every day. I am naturally extroverted, which allows me to quickly build relationships and keep up with very dynamic environments (such as retail).
My colleagues appreciate that I am attentive to the needs of others. These qualities have allowed me to have a positive impact in my previous roles and in cross-functional projects in which I have had the opportunity to participate (implementation and generation of engagement for a sales performance platform, AGILE methodology).
