· Management of the recruitment process for new employees for the stores and for the headquarter
· Implementation of the welcome/onboarding and integration process for new employees, and elaboration of the training plan
· Daily administrative management of the human resources
· Organize the relationship with employees on HR issues
· Ensure the compliance with legal requirements and advise on the necessary measures to be taken
· Coach and support the employee in their development.
· Coordinate the annual evaluations of the entire Belgian operational network
· Ensure the health of the employees and their safety at work
· Assist the board in the partnership of social partners
· Follow up the expansion of the company in Belgium
