I have certification in business analysis and process management, as well as skills in investment (Middle Office /Back Office Settlement) and process improvement. With over sixteen years' experience in the middle and back-office investment (Insurance sector), I help manage orders, reports, fees and contracts for internal funds. I'm also involved in setting up and monitoring strategic projects, such as factsheet automation, Priips implementation, fund creation and closure, and data migration.

In addition, I maintain and develop quality relationships with custodians, fund managers, brokers and internal and external clients. My mission is to provide innovative, efficient solutions that are adapted to the needs of stakeholders, while complying with quality, security and compliance standard. I am passionate about fund and project management and am constantly looking to optimize processes and improve performance.
