Hallo,
Mijn naam is Fee. Ik ben net terug van een verre reis en werk nu aan mijn Master in de Journalistiek. Ik ben momenteel op zoek naar een verrijkende studentenjob. Tijdens mijn reis werkte ik enkele maanden in een hostel, wat wel een beetje is blijven hangen bij mij. Ik hou van de sfeer die reizigers met zich meebrengen. Als je een stukje kan bijdragen aan hun avontuur, dan weet je dat je voor deze personen een verschil kan maken. Zoiets geeft me voldoening.
Tijdens mijn vorige job stond ik voornamelijk achter de bar, maar ik zat ook geregeld achter de balie, maakte schoon en deed af en toe ook de was.
Ik ben vooral op zoek naar een aangename werkomgeving. Waar het comfort van de gast centraal staat en je veel menselijke connecties kan maken.
Hostel worker / Bartender at M Montreal
During my travels in Eastern Canada, I worked at a Hostel in Montreal. There, I cleaned the kitchen, sat behind the front desk, did the laundry and worked behind the bar as a bartender. It was the perfect job for me to learn the ropes in the hospitality business.
Content creator & front desk manager at Trividend
I handled all communications for the company and handled the front desk. I took calls from customers and greeted them when they entered the business. I dealt with scheduling appointments and answered all questions they might have. I wrote articles about clients, created newsletters, communicated with clients and took care of the website. I also created templates, and designed banners, visuals, logos and a corporate identity manual.
Bartender at Mong Blok (Belgium)
I worked behind the bar, pouring beers, preparing soft drinks and some basic cocktails, as well as restocking, cleaning and managing reservations. During the summer months I also worked as a server in the garden, bringing drinks to the customers. Mong Blok serves a lot of Belgian beers, so learned about the different kind of flavors and pours.

Currently starting my masters in Journalism at VUB.
