Through my previous position as Client Relationship Manager at Peter & Clark, I managed a portfolio of International Clients and had the opportunity to set-up translation projects from start to finish, I was the key contact of several top clients and actively participated in the billing process. I also recruited junior profiles and trained them with the support of my team.
As part of my Master’s Degree in Multilingual Business Communication, I completed a 6-month Internship as a Human Resources Assistant at The Adecco Group. I mainly worked in Project Management, tendering for career development training and recruitment.
I have been fortunate enough to be in a position to do various volunteer work for several years, which has enabled me to gain strong communication and organizational skills, as well as great interpersonal competences.
I hold a Master Degree in Multilingual Business Communication, specialized in Business languages, with a focus on German and English.
Previously, I studied Media Studies and Communication for my Bachelor Degree, with a focus on the German language.
I did a cultural exchange year in Canada and graduated 10 years ago from Kelowna Secondary School, British Columbia.
I also hold several certificates in Project Management and Marketing.
