Thesis: A quantitative study to use Behavioural Economics' methods in order to understand and improve people's sleep. The study used a survey about the the habits before sleeping and the sleep quality of the subjects and with the results, econometrics methods were used to check which of those habits have considerable impact in the sleep quality of the subjects. Than an intervention was done, using Behavioural economics strategies to improve the most important habits and improve the sleep quality of the subjects.
