I'm a Freelancer with 20 years of experience in the telecom sector and a strong track record as a Technical Partner Manager, I bring a strategic and operational mindset to managing external service providers and driving partner performance.
In my current role, I maintain and develop relationships with external partners, ensuring that operational targets and contractual KPIs are met. I oversee the reporting and follow-up processes to guarantee that services are delivered in line with the technical contractual annexes. My approach is both analytical and collaborative, enabling smooth and efficient service delivery across complex ecosystems.
Beyond day-to-day operations, I have defined and implemented a company-wide framework for Partner Management. This includes governance structures, KPI and SLA definitions, reporting mechanisms, and budget management. This framework has been instrumental in aligning cross-functional teams and ensuring consistency across all domains related to partner engagement.
I am passionate about building scalable, data-driven processes and fostering strong partnerships that contribute to long-term business success. I am currently enrolled in the Vlerick Business Analytics and AI for Managers course, further enhancing my ability to integrate advanced analytics into strategic decision-making.
