Luc Cauwenbergh

My job is to analyze and optimize a company’s facility related activities by building and maintaining customer relationships, following up and preparing budgets, negotiating contracts, and advising on its facility-related activities with a focus on a digital way of working.

To accomplish all of this, I focus on delivering key outcomes, building amazing teams (advocate of the concept “ONE TEAM”), and always putting the customer I work for at the center of my work.

I have enjoyed many executive positions throughout my career in facility management, crisis management, contract management and digital optimization. Since I am bilingual, I can switch perfectly between Dutch, French and English as well. I’ve developed this art of being able to adapt to different environments and organizational structures.

Since 2018 I work as a freelancer in Facility Management. I did different projects in different companies such as Microsoft, Sodexo, Proximus, VRT and Firmenich.

Before I started working as an independent Facility Advisor, I worked at PWC as a Facility & Real Estate manager, Global account manager for ISS and as an international Sales developer and Project Manager (FM) for Sodexo.
