My name is Mandana. I work across administration, coordination and operational support, and I’m someone who makes things run smoothly behind the scenes. I enjoy organising, anticipating needs, keeping structure in place and helping teams work with clarity and ease.
Over the past years, I’ve worked in international and dynamic environments where I supported day-to-day office operations, managed schedules and travel arrangements, coordinated internal and external meetings, prepared documentation, and assisted with event logistics. I’ve also handled communication tasks, content coordination and marketing support when needed.
Before that, I gained experience in customer relations and sales, where I learned how to listen, adapt, and build trust with clients — something that continues to shape how I collaborate today.
A calm and organised approach, even when things move quickly A strong sense of responsibility and reliability
Clear, warm communication with colleagues, partners and clients The ability to coordinate multiple tasks and keep structure without being rigid
Alongside my administrative and operations background, I am also the co-founder of Diggy’s Cycle, a custom bike workshop and community-oriented shop in Brussels that I created with my partner. In this project, I manage the operational setup, supplier coordination, financial administration, brand identity, communication, and the experience we want to offer in the space.
What’s important to me in my work is the human aspect: helping others work better, creating a sense of flow, and contributing to an environment that feels supportive, clear and well-organised. I like roles where I can connect people, bring order to complexity, and add a thoughtful touch to the everyday routine.
I have several years of experience in administrative support, coordination and day-to-day operations within international environments. I manage schedules, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, internal communication and event logistics, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. I also have a background in customer support and sales, which helped me develop strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
I am currently the co-founder of Diggy’s Cycle, a custom bike workshop in Brussels, where I handle operations, supplier relations, administration and brand identity. I bring structure, calm, organisation and a people-focused approach to the work I do.
I hold a Master’s degree in Communication & Marketing, where I developed strong skills in project coordination, content creation and stakeholder communication. My studies helped me build a structured and analytical approach to organisation, as well as a creative mindset that I now apply in administrative and operational roles.
