Maria's journey as a yogini started in North London, 2016, where, while working as Architect and Interior Designer, she turned to yoga to improve her physical and emotional wellbeing.
Seven years later, Yoga had deeply changed her life.
In 2022 she goes on a long journey to the Himalayas, to dip into Tibetan and Vedic traditions, from the harsh Tibetan peaks and valleys to the lush foothills of the Ganga River, learning kriyas, techniques and rituals at their sources.
Her work today focuses on mastering physical and mental energy, reviving ancient teachings for the contemporary city-life dynamics and needs. Maria teaches Pranayama and dynamic breathing, Sound Healing and Relaxation, Yang & Yin Asanas practice, Yoga Nidra & Meditation.
