Iam a managers with leading ship owning company and have about 24 yrs of expertise in Dry bulk shipping. I was captain on board and then Moved ashore and now doing commercial operations and ship management . I have been doing comercial operations now for 12 yrs and looking for opportunity to work in chartering

1. Working as Manager Ops and ship management and lookin after a team of operators 
2. I have sailed on board as master in Bulk carriers

1. Operations in charge for a team of Operators for owned and time-chartered vessel from handy to Cape size ships 
2. Make operations Policy for the team and review procedures 
3. Handle disputes and claims from charters 
4. Train operators on new and upcoming regulations 
5. Managing the ship management companies of owned vessels to keep up our fleet 
6. Responsible for ensuring that vessel’s voyage is performed as per charter party and ensure quick turnaround. Including planning voyage optimization with reference to bunker planning , slow steaming or deviation due to bad weather. .
7. Ensure our own fleet complies with new requirements of charters and industry
