Throughout my career as a construction site supervisor and production supervisor , I gained valuable experience in site inspection, project timetable, budget planning, inventory and layout planning. My friendly and approachable personality allowed me to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers, contributing to the success of the projects I was involved in. To facilitate our work, I worked with applications such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Microsoft world and Excel.
These early experiences provided me with an opportunity to enter the professional work atmosphere and develop my passion for team and project management. After receiving my master’s degree in construction management, I had the opportunity to work as a branch manager in a local wood manufacturing company. There I was responsible for overseeing the production daily and weekly, planning and execution, customer orders and service, coordinating timetables and designs, and forecasting communication between the office and production employees.
I was able to build an atmosphere of trust and respect between our employees to motivate them effectively in implementing the production plans. In pursuing my dreams of working in an international company, I recently finished my second master’s in management at VUB university with a focus on supply chain management and resilience.
