Noorullah Noor

Noorullah Noor is an Erasmus Mundus Scholar with a Master’s degree in Health Response in Disaster from University of Oviedo, Spain, and Karolinska institute Sweden. He has obtained MPH degree from Jodhpur National University, India, and Medical Degree (MD) from Afghanistan.

Noor has over fourteen years of professional experience working with various government, UN agencies, and international organizations. He has worked with the Ministry of Health, UN-FAO, Health Net International organization, Management Science for Health (MSH), Swedish Committee for Afghanistan, and Cure International Hospital in different positions.

His core competencies are Healthcare Management, Project Management, performance management, Monitoring and evaluation, conflict and dispute management, and Team Building.
