Pieterjan Panis

I am a multippotentialite with 13 years of experience in software implementation and change management, infrastructure projects across Belgium, its neigbouring countries and Eastern Europe. I focus on client value delivery, with a love for process optimisation and service definition within Project management, service delivery management and business analysis.

Throughout my career, I have managed over 45 IT application projects from infrastructure over software implementation to service management optimisation, based on Prince2 methodology using MS Project, Jira, Confluence and SharePoint platforms. I managed two Service Management System / ITSM implementations, one external and one, built in-house based on ITIL v.3 principles.

I took part of a 5-men in a 5year old start-up company. Together with that small team of dedicated developers made it fit for acquisition in three years to reach a broader market base, which it did surfing on the MIPS' client portfolio.

I built my career up from the quadrilingual service desk of a petrochemistry construction company, based in Rotterdam, with offices troughout the world. A had my first project management role at the end of my time there, and that's where it took off.
