Along the years I worked with many different Chefs, from different countries and cultures. I believe that these encounters gave me many insights of the way cooking can be approached, organised and how to deal with the customers. I am very precise in my work and like when the kitchen is well structured and efficient.

Blending innovation and challenges to traditional cooking is one of my strength and I would like to be able to expand it further. I am very resistant to stress and like to be active in a sustained service speed.
