I studied my *TEFOL qualification 1999 at The Oxford House College,Barcelona (Oxford Trinity credited) after studying Spanish in Barcelona during a sabbatical year.

This was a very fulfilling experience, I remember even now, as quite quickly we were trained to teach non english speakers of all ages!

It was a challenge and a lot of fun on both sides.

After I was qualified, I worked freelance, both as a childrens textile designer and an English teacher.

Fulltime I worked 9 years at Disneyland Paris in the Art team as a Childrens product Specialist whereby everyday my role was to put myself "in Childrens shoes" and create.

I have taught children on a one to one basis(6-10 year olds),as requested by families.

My own kids, now 12 and 15, are bilingual, because I have taught them since birth(they always went to french schooling).

I taught 4-6year olds on weekends at Mome Sweet Mome Paris for 6 months, before taking on a fulltime career in childrenswear C and A,Brussels in 2013.

At present I have returned to working freelance and have time again to be an English Teacher for Kids.

English is my maternal language.

I love teaching and having fun with the english language. I believe I have a natural ability to adapt and teach at baby to kids to adolescents level.

With my strength in planning, organisational and communication skills, I would be an asset to KidsandUs.
