For about eight years I have grown in leadership roles: Scrum Master, Development Manager, Change Manager, Delivery Management, Agile Coach, IT Manager, ... This experience has strengthened me in dealing with people within various organizations, with diverse business cultures and the operational difficulties associated with the rapid evolution within today's digital world: the paradigm shift to the Cloud and associated new technologies.
During my career, I led teams and departments from five to fifty people and was responsible for the reorganization and digital transformation of IT departments and adjacent business units of 200+ colleagues on multiple occasions. This included defining organizational structures, work processes, primary roles and responsibilities, values and vision around customer experience, all driven by a changing technological world.
I strongly believe in self-organization provided it can be accompanied by a transparent, open and clearly delineated operating framework from IT management.
