As a Product Manager within Belfius Direct Insurance (BDI), I am responsible for developing and managing mobility insurance products, with a particular focus on KM insurance. I lead the evolution of a fully digital, direct-to-consumer offering distributed through online channels, without intermediaries. My role involves defining and implementing business rules and pricing logic to ensure the product operates efficiently and achieves sustainable profitability.
I work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, legal, marketing, and communications to design seamless, compliant, and user-friendly customer journeys.
