A digital transformation manager, hands-on and results-driven, with over 20 years of exposure in the service (insurance) industrie and strong technology acumen. I am well versed in contributing to and translating the strategic vision and business objectives into multi-year transformation roadmaps. I am well experienced in an holistic approach, in designing and implementing of the appropriate governance.

I have a keen interest in optimizing and subsequently automating business processes in order to provide a suitable digital and operational excellent service to the customers, the partners and the employees. My proved implementation of deep technology transformation is an experience that enhances the realisation of business changes.
