Over
The drive to lead people to results and, by doing so, making a difference for any organisation is what makes me a true management professional. I combine my talent for communication and result driven focus with years of management experience within IT Banking/Insurance to lead teams to success.
I use a pragmatic, coaching approach witch makes me an asset in many different contexts. I put focus on quality, simplicity and the connection between people. I don't shy away from any challenge and I'm always looking for new experiences with a team.
The most frequent heard feedback about me is: “His entrepreneurial attitude ensures he gets things done.”
